Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Price for travel within the Blue Mountains is included, anywhere outside of the area will incur a travel fee to cover costs.
What is the best time for the photoshoot?
I conduct my outdoor sessions in the first hour after sunrise or the last hour or so before sunset. This is an artistic preference and the specific lighting I use to achieve the effect you see in my photos. Indoor sessions don't have this restriction and can be done at any time during the day.
What if I have to postpone?
We all know we can't control the weather or when someone gets sick!
It can be frustrating for you if you have planned everything out around a certain date and you can't go ahead. If on the day of your booking, the weather is too wet or windy to proceed or someone gets sick, all we can do is reschedule. I'm usually pretty flexible and can wait up until a few hours before to make a decision. Feel free to message or call me on my mobile if you are concerned about the weather for your session.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
All your photos will be handpicked and edited by me, typically it will take around a week for you to receive your photos from a 1 hour session.
